Booking and annulment conditions:

Changes by number of participants are made to a package in writing no later than in 3 working days prior to date of carrying out action. In day of carrying out action of change are accepted only towards increase, thus no more than on 10 persons. All changes made after the specified term, the company have the right not to accept. Annulment of reservation for conference services and food without penalties is accepted in 7 working days prior to action. In case of untimely cancellation, the company pays to hotel the cost of the reserved services in 1 day of the reserved action.
